A: Your refrigerator should be 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and your freezer 0 to 8 degrees. This will help your cheese and dairy products stay fresh.

A: Pizza cheese is processed differently and usually contains many additives.

A: Our Hickory-Smoked Mozzarella is smoked naturally with hickory chips – twice!
